All bookings should be prepaid & confirmed
If your luggage exceeds car maximum allowed capacity, luggage car should be booked. Luggage capacity is applied only to luggage compartment & not applied to saloon space
If booked & paid service cannot be provided or amended according to these terms, conditions & cancellation policy in case of our fault, 100% refund is applied
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all cars. Violation leads to immediate termination of service without any refunds
If paid transfer service cancelled at least 2 hours in advance of service time, 100% refund is applied
If paid charter service cancelled at least 12 hours in advance of service time, 100% refund is applied, between 2-12 hours - 50% refund is applied
If paid service cancelled less than 2 hours before service time, No Show policy is applied
For airport transfer service in case of flight delay for more than 2 hours, if booked car is not available anymore, another available car can be provided by mutual consent with guest (refund or extra charge equal to the difference between booked & provided car rates is applied). If there is no any other car available, booking will be cancelled & 100% refund will be applied
90 minutes waiting time is guaranteed since flight landing at the airport. After that extra charge or No Show policy can be applied
30 minutes waiting time is guaranteed at other locations (hotel, villa, pier, etc.). After that extra charge or No Show policy can be applied
If our airport representative (upon arrival at the airport) or our driver at another specified pick up location (hotel, villa, pier, etc.) can't be found, service is considered to be not provided only in case if our Hot Line Phone Number was contacted and it was confirmed that service cannot be provided according to the booking, otherwise No Show policy is applied
For VIP Airport services if cancelled at least 1 day before service, 100% refund is applied. If cancelled the same day, No Show policy is applied
In case of No Show, 100% charge is applied

This service is available only for citizens of certain counties, that allowed to enter Thailand under Visa Exemption Rule.
Payment by cash is not available if VIP/First Class Airport or Fast Track Immigration Services booked.
